降低捣固焦炉丢炉率的实践

摘要 针对攀钢3#、4#捣固焦炉生产设备经常发生故障,并需要停机检修的问题,通过堆焊托煤底板、修改捣固机程序、制作拦焦机活动轨道和改进推焦杆变形校正方法等措施,大大降低捣固焦炉设备故障率,减少了因设备原因造成的丢炉率。 The production equipment of 3# and 4# stamp-charging coke ovens in Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co.break down frequently,which need to shut down for maintenance.Some improvements such as the build-up welding of coal supporting plate,the modification of program for stamping-charging-pushing machine (SCP),the manufacture of movable track for coke guide,the amelioration of distortion correction for pusher ram greatly reduce equipment failure as well as miss-pushing rates caused by the failure.
