不同益生菌体外模拟胃肠道环境耐受性的比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 益生菌制剂只有能够抵抗胃酸和肠道内胆汁酸盐等物质的消化作用,保证大量活菌到达小肠,成功大量繁殖才有可能对动物机体发挥益生效果。为了解不同微生物饲料添加剂对胃酸、胆汁酸盐等消化作用的抵抗能力,研究随机选取5种不同市售益生菌产品,体外模拟胃肠道环境消化试验,对比其耐受性。研究结果表明,5种产品对模拟胃肠环境的耐受性存在明显差异,且芽孢杆菌类制剂的耐受性普遍优于乳酸菌类如屎肠球菌制剂。即使同属于芽孢杆菌或乳酸菌类制剂,不同菌株间的耐受性仍然差异明显。如同属于枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,克洛生和产品A之间对比,克洛生耐受性高达55.1%,而A产品耐受性几乎为零,基本起不到益生菌的作用。
