宽胸理肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(痰浊壅肺证)临床研究

Clinical effect of Kuanxionglifei Decoction on Acute Exacerbation of COPD (Turbid Phlegm Obstructing Lung)

目的观察宽1胸理肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重AECOPD(痰浊壅肺证)的临床疗效。方法将患者120例随机分为对照组和试验组各60例。对照组以常规治疗。试验组在此基础上服宽胸理肺汤,10d为1疗程。观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后检测肺功能、血气分析等指标进行比较。结果 (1)试验组总有效率96.67%高于对照组的88.33%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)试验组能有效改善FEV1%预计值、FEV1/FVC、动脉血氧分压、动脉二氧化碳分压,且明显优于对照组。结论宽胸理肺汤能有效改善痰浊壅肺证的AECOPD患者临床症状体征,能提高动脉氧分压,降低二氧化碳分压,改善肺功能,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Kuanxionglifei Decoction on acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） with turbid phlegm obstructing lung syndrome.Methods： 120 casea were randomly devided into two groups;60 cases in control group,which were treated with westen medicine;60 cases in experimental group witch were treated with Kuanxionglifei Decoction combined with westen medicine therapy.10 days were taken as one course of treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis of both groups were be observed before and after the treatment.Results：（1）The total efficiency rate of experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of control group（83.33%）（P 0.05）;（2）The experimental group could effectively improve the forced expiratory volume in one second percentage predicted（FEV1 % predicted）,forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity（FEV1/FVC）,arterial partial pressure of oxygen,arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure,which were much better than the control group.Conclusion： Curative effect in treatment of AECOPD（syndrome differentiation belongs to turbid phlegm obstructing lung） with Kuanxionglifei Decoction is positive.It can effectively improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs,and also improve pulmonary function.It can increase arterial blood oxygen concentration,and enhance discharge of carbon dioxide.
