四磨汤对非胃肠术后患者血清MTL、NO的影响

Effect of Simo Decoction on MTL and NO in Serum of Patients with Non-gastrointestinal Postoperative

目的观察四磨汤对非胃肠术后患者血清胃动素(MTL)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法将72例妇科肿瘤术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例;观察组给予四磨汤口服液和多潘立酮安慰剂,对照组给予多潘立酮和四磨汤口服液安慰剂;用药5 d后观察两组患者治疗前后血清MTL、NO的水平变化及其相关性。结果两组患者治疗后血清MTL水平升高,NO水平下降,且观察组和对照组MTL、NO水平与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义;治疗前两组血清MTL、NO水平间呈负相关(P<0.05或0.01)。结论四磨汤对非胃肠术后患者胃肠运动的作用机制可能与降低NO水平、升高MTL水平有关。

Objective： To explore the effect of Simo Decoction on MTL and NO in serum of patients with nongastrointestinal postoperative.Methods： 72 cases of gynecologic tumor surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was given Simo Decoction and domperidone placebo,and the control group was given domperidone and Simo Decoction placebo.After being treated for 5 days,serum levels of MTL and NO changes and relativity were observed before and after treatment.Results： After treatment,the level of serum MTL was increased,and NO was decreased in two groups.And the differences of MTL and NO in the observation group and the control group were statistically significant when they were compared with the group before treatment.Before treatment in two groups,the serum MTL and NO levels were negatively correlated（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The mechanism of Simo Decoction on gastrointestinal motility in non-gastrointestinal postoperative patients may be related to reducing the NO level and increasing MTL level.
