上感颗粒治疗外感发热60例随机双盲双模拟的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价上感颗粒治疗外感发热的临床疗效。方法将60例患者采用双盲双模拟1∶1∶1比例分组,分为上感颗粒(治疗组)20例,日夜百服咛(对照组)20例,上感颗粒安慰剂(安慰剂组)20例。观察患者即刻退热作用、解热时间、临床症状消失率、临床痊愈率。结果 (1)即刻退热作用:治疗组及对照组均有明显的即刻退热效果优于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。(2)解热时间:治疗组与对照组及安慰剂组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与安慰剂组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)临床痊愈率:治疗组临床痊愈率明显优于对照组及安慰剂组(P<0.05)。结论上感颗粒治疗外感发热能有效退热,改善症状,具有较好的临床疗效,是治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染性发热的有效药物。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Antipyretic Granule on patients with viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups(1∶1∶1 ratio) in a doubleblind fashion.The treatment group(treated with febrifuge granule,20 cases),the control group(treated with bufferin cold,20 cases) and the low dose febrifuge granule control group(placebo group) were 20 cases.The antipyretic effect,fever clearance times,clinical relevance,clinical cure rate of two groups were observed.Results:(1)ipyretic effects: both treatment group and control group had significant antipyretic effect without difference,and the placebo group had no therapeutic effect.(2)Fever clearance time: There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group within 72 hours.However,the efficacy of the febrifuge granule group was better than the placebo group(P 0.05).(3)Clinical relevance: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group and placebo group(P 0.05).(4)Clinical cure rate: The effective rate of febrifuge granule group was around 67%,which was significantly higher than those of bufferin cold control group(32%) and the placebo control group(30%)(P 0.05).Conclusion: Antipyretic granule can be used as an effective method in the treatment of viral upper respiratory tract infection fever.
