化浊解毒活血通络法治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍临床研究

Clinical study of Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment on Senile Mild Cognitive Impairment

目的观察化浊解毒活血通络法治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为中药组和西药组,中药组给予化浊解毒活血通络法治疗,西药组给予尼莫地平口服,30 mg/次,每日3次,疗程为1个月。结果中药组总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组治疗后MMSE量表评分较治疗前明显提高,且中药组提高更明显(P<0.01)。结论化浊解毒活血通络法治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍疗效优于尼莫地平,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective： To observe the effect of Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment（MCI）.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group was treated with Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment,while western medicine agroup was given nimodipine orally,30mg each time,3 times a day,treatment for 1 months.Results： The total effective rate of Traditional Chinese medicine group was 92.98%,which was higher than that of the western medicine group（whoes was 79.31%）（P 0.05）.After treatment,the two groups after treatment MMSE score significantly improved than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group increased significantly（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly is better than nimodipine,with clinical application and promotion value.
