胃动康治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

Clinical effect of Weidongkang Decoction on Functional dyspepsia

目的观察胃动康治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将70例符合诊断标准的FD患者随机分为两组,各35例。治疗组给予胃动康口服,对照组给予保胃康六味木香胶囊口服,均以6周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为91.43%,对照组为74.29%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆胃动素均显著升高(P<0.01),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃动康能显著改善FD患者临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of Weidongkang Decoction on Functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n = 35） were treated with Weidongkang Decoction,while the control group（n = 35） were treated with Baoweikangliuweimuxiang Capsule.And the course of treatment was 6 weeks.Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.43%,which was higher than that of control group（74.29%）（P 0.05）.The plasma motilin of both groups were increased,while there were no significient difference between the two groups.Conclusion： Weidongkang Decoction has a good effect on improving clinlcal symptom.
