中西医结合治疗急性动脉栓塞疗效分析

The Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on Acute Arterial Embolism

目的观察中西医结合治疗急性动脉栓塞的疗效。方法应用中西医结合疗法治疗30例急性动脉栓塞患者,并分析疗效。结果本组保肢率为85.29%,死亡率11.76%。发病48 h以内手术保肢率为94.44%,死亡率为6.25%;48 h以上手术保肢率为20.00%。死亡率为60.00%。结论中西医结合治疗急性动脉栓塞疗效满意,提高保肢率和生存率的关键是早期诊断及治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on acute arterial embolism.Methods： 30 patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine,and the effect was analysed.Results： The rate of limb salvage was 85.29%,mortality rate was 11.76.Within 48 hours after pathogenesis,the rate of limb salvage was 94.44%,mortality rate was 6.25%;out of 48 hours after pathogenesis,the rate of limb salvage was 20.00%,mortality rate was 60.00%.Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has good effect on acute arterial embolism.Early diagnosis and treatment are key to improving survival and limb salvage rate.
