温阳益气活血通络法治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症临床观察

Clinical Research of the Wenyangyiqihuoxuetongluo Method on Lower Extremities Arteriosclerosis Occlusion Syndrome

目的观察温阳益气活血通络法治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的临床疗效。方法治疗组30例予温阳益气、活血通络中药治疗,组方以温阳通里方(炙黄芪、制附子、苍术、水蛭、红花、桃仁、大黄、金银花等)为基础进行加减化裁;对照组予拜阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗;比较两组疗效。结果治疗组在改善临床症状、体征及理化检查指标方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳益气、活血通络治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症有较好疗效。

Objective： To study the effect of Wenyangyiqihuoxuetongluo method on lower extremities arteriosclerosis occlusion syndrome.Methods： The control group was used the routine therapies such as the Aspirin and the simvastatin.The treatment group was treated the Wenyangtongli Decoction besides the routine therapies.Results： The effects in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group including the clinical effect,the physical signs and the physical and chemical tests（P 0.05）.Conclusion： It is effective of Wenyangyiqi and Huoxuetongluo method on lower extremities arteriosclerosis occlusion syndrome.
