筋伤活血膏治疗慢性筋伤临床观察

Researching Report on Shangjinhuoxue Plaster for Chronic Injury of Tendons

目的观察筋伤活血膏治疗慢性筯伤的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用奇正消痛贴外用,治疗组采用筋伤活血膏外敷,10 d后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组综合疗效证候积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论筋伤活血膏治疗慢性筋伤疗效确切。

Objective： To evaluate the effect and safety of Shangjinhuoxue Plaster for chronic injury of tendons.Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group were treated with Shangjinhuoxue Plaster,while control group were treated with Qizhengxiaotong Paste.Effects of two groups wereobserved and compared 10 days later.Results： The improvement of comprehensive treatment symptom scores of treatment group were better than control group（P 0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion： Shangjinhuoxue Plaster has good clinical effects on chronic injury of tendons.
