急性嵌顿性痔Ⅰ期PPH术的临床研究

Clinical Analysis of Acute Incarcerated Hemorrhoids by Combining One Stage PPH

目的观察I期吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗急性嵌顿性痔的临床效果。方法对20例急性嵌顿性痔行Ⅰ期PPH手术治疗(Ⅰ期组),另20例急性嵌顿性痔行保守治疗后行Ⅱ期PPH术(Ⅱ期组)作比较分析。结果Ⅰ期治疗病例预后良好,无严重并发症,与Ⅱ期比较,在疼痛缓解时间、住院及恢复工作时间方面有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论急性嵌顿痔行Ⅰ期PPH手术安全有效、可行的,具有明显优势。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of treating one stage PPH for acute incarcerated hemorrhoids（AIH）.Methods： 20 cases of AIH（Group I） received one stage PPH were compared with 20 cases of AIH（GroupⅡ） who underwent PPH after conservative therapy.Results： There were no severe complications in the 2 groups,but the Group I had significantly shorter pain alleviating time,length of hospital stay and time of returning to work than Group Ⅱ（P 0.01）.Conclusion： One stage PPH is a safe and effective treatment for AIH.
