摘要
近年来,互联网以及网络经济发展迅猛,多种经营业态纷纷呈现。但与此同时,网上的失信行为也层出不穷,成为网络经济持续健康发展的障碍。建议推行网络全面实名制,强化网络服务提供商的连带责任与有关义务,进一步推进互联网市场秩序的全国统一立法进程等,以加强网络交易信用管理。
In recent years, a rapid development has been gained for the Internet and online economy with emergence of a variety of business conditions. Meanwhile, online dishonesty has appeared again and again, and become an obstacle for the sustainable and healthy development of online economy. It＇ s recommended that a comprehensive online real - name system should be introduced, that the liability and relevant obligations of network service providers be strengthened, and that a united legislative process for the Internet market order on the national level should be further promoted so as to strengthen credit reference management of online transactions.
