摘要
我国劳动力市场上的高技能人才存在年龄结构偏高、利用率偏低、浪费严重、供不应求等问题。以提高法定退休年龄为视角,利用灰色系统、队列分析等原理,结合我国2010年人口普查和相关统计数据进行研究,结果表明:以小步渐进方式提高高技能人才的退休年龄,有利于开发高技能老年人才资源,缓解劳动力市场高技能人才的供需矛盾,且不致对整体就业市场造成大的适度压力。
The problems of high-skilled talents' higher age structure, lower utilization, serious waste and supply shortage exist in the labor market of China. The paper analyzes these problems from the perspective of raising statutory retirement age by using the principles such as gray system, cohort analysis, etc. , in combination with the results of 2010 demographic census and relevant data. It finds that to raise the retirement age of high-skilled talents in an incremental way helps to develop and utilize high-skilled talent resources, relieve the conflict of supply and demand, and at the same time, put no big pressure on the whole job market.
