摘要
以华侨大学图书馆为研究对象,对其绩效管理中存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出具体对策,对华侨大学图书馆绩效管理实践工作具有指导意义,同时也为我国高校图书馆运用绩效管理理论指导实际工作提供借鉴。
The paper takes Huaqiao University Library as study object to analyse the existing problems of performance management, and puts forward some solutions. It has guiding significance for practical work of performance management of Huaqiao University Library, and also offers reference for China's university libraries to apply performance management theory to guide their practical work.
