三黄散的制备工艺及质量标准研究

Studies on the preparation and quality control of Sanhuang Powder

目的改进三黄散的制备工艺,建立三黄散的质量标准。方法以大黄素为考察指标,采用HPLC法测定其含量,建立三黄散的质量标准。结果在1.194～5.970μg之间,大黄素峰面积与质量具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=58.831x-1.408,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.32%,RSD为1.329%(n=5)。结论采用HPLC法测定三黄散中大黄素的含量,方法简单,切实可行。

OBJECTIVE To improve the preparation process of Sanhuang powder and establish the quality standard. METHODS The preparation process of Sanhuang powder was studied,and with emodin as index,HPLC was used for the determination of its content, and the quality standard of Sanhuang powder was established. RESULTS Peak area and Content of Emodin had a good linear relationship in 1. 194 ～ 5. 970μg, y = 58. 831x - 1.408 ,r =0. 9999 ;the average recovery was 99. 32% ,RSD was 1. 329% （ n =5）. CONCLUSION The method using HPLC for the determination of emodin content in Sanhuang powder is simple, practical and feasible.
