蛇脂软膏的抑菌效果及毒性观察

Observation on the bacteriostatic efficacy and toxicity of the snake fat ointment

目的观察蛇脂软膏的抑菌效果和毒性。方法按照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)进行抑菌试验、一次阴道黏膜刺激试验、皮肤变态反应试验。结果该受试样品对金黄色葡萄球菌无抑菌作用,对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌有抑菌作用,一次阴道黏膜刺激试验无刺激性,皮肤变态反应试验未发现变态反应。结论该受试样品对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌有抑菌作用,对阴道黏膜无刺激性,不引起皮肤变态反应。

OBJECTIVE To observe the bacteriostatic efficacy and toxicity of the snake fat ointment. METHODS Antibacteria test, single vaginal mucosa irritation test and dermal allergic reaction test were carried out according to the Technical Standard For Disinfection （2002）. RESULTS The sample tested had no inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus but had antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. No irritation was observed in the single vaginal mucosa irritation test and no allergic reaction was observed in dermal allergic reaction test. CONCLUSION The test sample has inhibitory action on Escherichia coli, Candida albicans,non-4rritating to the vaginal mucosa, does not cause dermal allergy.
