云木香普通粉与超微粉挥发性成分的对比研究

Comparative studies of volatile constituents in ordinary powder and micronized powder of Aucklandia lappa Decne

目的对比研究云木香普通粉和超微粉中的挥发性成分。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取云木香根两种粉末中的挥发油成分,用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,归一化法计算两种粉末中各成分的相对含量。结果云木香普通粉中分离鉴定出53个化学成分,占挥发油总量的99.07%;超微粉中分离鉴定出46个化学成分,占挥发油总量的96.86%。两种粉末挥发性成分中有46种相同成分,超微粉中含量高于普通粉中相应成分的有29种。结论本文首次对云木香根普通粉和超微粉挥发性成分进行了对比研究,为其研究应用提供科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical compositions of the volatile oil from Aucklandia lappa Decne. METHODS The essential oil of the plants were extracted by wet distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the volatile constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. RESULTS Fifty-three kinds of compounds from the ordinary powder of the root of Aucklandia lappa Decne were separated and characterized, which accounts for 99. 07% of the volatile constituents. Forty-six kinds of compounds from the micronized powder of the root of Aucklandia lappa Decne were separated and characterized,which accounted for 96. 86% of the volatile constituents. There were the same of forty-six kinds of chemical constituents in the two kinds of powder. CONCLUSION This paper reports,fbr the first time,the comparison of volatile constituents of both the ordinary and micronlzed powder of the root of Aucklandia lappa Decne ,which can provide scientific basis for the research and application.
