摘要
目的建立保健食品中总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法以香草醛-高氯酸为显色剂,采用比色法测定。结果比色法测定的线性范围为0.036~0.251mg,相关系数r=0.9994;在不同保健食品中的平均加样回收率均在95.0%~104.4%,RSD≤3%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于不同类型保健食品中总皂苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of determination of total ginsenosides in health-care food. METHODS Use Vanillin-perchlorie acid as the chromogeniereagent anti colorimetric method analysis was employed. RESULTS The method was linear at the range of 0. 036 - 0. 251 mg, r = 0. 9994 ; and the average recovery were between 95.0% ~ 104. 4% ,RSD less than 3% (n =6). CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of total ginsenosides in health-care food.
