高职护理专业临床实习考核指标体系的构建研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:根据半结构式访谈提炼高职护理专业临床实习考核基本指标内容,建立高职护理专业临床实习考核指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法对22名专家进行两轮问卷咨询,获得专家的一致性意见。结果:建立包含护理非技术技能和技术技能两个方面,共5项一级指标、14项二级指标和42项三级指标的高职护理专业I临床实习考核指标体系。专家咨询的权威系数为0.90,判断系数0.91,熟悉程度0.89;一~三级指标协调系数分别为0.95、0.96、0.93,卡方检验P值均〈O.Ol,具有统计学意义,认为专家咨询的协调程度好。结论:专家对高职护理专业I临床实习考核指标体系各级指标意见集中,研究结果的认可程度较高,对高职护理实习生的培训、考核及就业提供了客观、可量化的依据。 Objective :To formulate an index system for evaluation clinical practice quality of students majoring in advanced nursing with semi-structured interview. Methods: 22 experts were consulted by two-round Delphi method. Results: The index system consisted of two aspects { professional skills and non-professional skills}, 5 first grade indexes, 14 second grade indexes and 42 third grade indexes. The Cr, Ca and familiarity coefficient was 0.90, 0.91, 0.89, respectively, and the coordination coefficients of the fist grade indexes to the third grade indexes were 0.95, 0.96, 0.93. Statistic analysis showed that the coordination degree among experts was good. Conclusion: The evaluation index system of clinical practice quality is reliable and valid, which can provide objective and quantitative standards for the training, evaluation and the employment of students majoring in advanced nursing.
