机械通气患者床头角度抬高不足的原因和对策

The reason and countermeasure about insufficient of elevation angle of head of bed for patients with mechanical ventilation

目的:提高ICU护士对机械通气患者床头抬高的依从性。方法:通过对449例次ICU机械通气患者床头抬高的依从性进行调查,分析影响依从性的相关因素。结果:护士预防VAP的相关知识欠缺、制度化管理不严密等是导致机械通气患者床头抬高依从性低的主要因素。结论:通过分析找出原因,采取相应对策,可有效提高ICU护士对机械通气患者执行床头抬高的依从性。

Objective： To improve the compliance of elevating head of bed for patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods： The 449 patients of mechanical ventilation were surveyed to find out the reason of small elevation angle of bed. Results： The short of the related knowledge about preventing VAP in nurses and management imprecision were the main factors. Conclusion： The nurses in ICU should take measures to insure the elevation angle for patients with mechanical ventilation in order to prevent VAP.
