摘要
对常用容栅式数显百分表原理进行了研究,在肯定其数据采集方法合理和有效的同时,提出了如何采用数字式示波器对数显百分表中容栅式传感器的输出信号进行分析,进而构建了以数显百分表为前端传感器,以AT89S52单片机为主控单元的信号采集和数据处理检测系统;以LCD准确、实时地显示采集数据硬件系统和如何应用单片机C语言进行软件编程提供了新思路。构建的硬件检测系统电路结构简单、成本低;结合数字示波器对输出信号的测量过程,有助于理清软件编程思路,所编程序可读性强。
This paper studied the principle of commonly used capacitive-digital indicators and reported their applications and defects in practical applications. It also studied the method of acquisition of output signals for capacitive sensor by single chip microcomputer in current literature. It proposed some new method for finding out the relationship between the display data and the output signal of digital dial indicator by using the digital oscilloscope. Then, it constructed the system of signal acquisition and displacement ranging with data processing which synchronously and accurately displayed the data collected through LCD, using digital indicators as the front-end sensor, and AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as the master unit.. It presented a new idea on the writing of the program in single-chip C language. Under the guidance of the new methods and new ideas, the hardware detection system was built which was simple, and inexpensive. It can help to sort out the software programming ideas in combination with the digital oscilloscope for the detection of the output signal. The program written with the aid of this system is more readable.
