摘要
校外实习的适应性是影响大学生实习效果的重要因素之一。以大学生在校外实习中遇到的适应问题为切入点,采用内容分析法,抽取我校产品质量工程专业学生的校外实习日记本为分析样本,开展研究。研究发现:产品质量工程专业的大部分学生在校外实习过程中会遭遇各种适应问题,包括"工作适应"、"情绪适应"、"人际适应"与"生活环境适应"等。依据研究结果,为高校改进校外实习提出相关建议,以提高大学生在校外实习中的适应性。
The accommodation of internship is one of the important factors that affect students＂ internship effects. This paper conducted a research on internship diaries of the students quality engineering, focusing on the accommodation problem based on content analysis. The research revealed that most of students of quality engineering experienced the accommodation problem in internship, which consists of ＂job＂, ＂emotion＂ , ＂interpersonal＂ and ＂living circumstance＂ factors. Based on the findings, this paper gave some advice for students to solve their accommodation problem in their internship.
