福林酚衍生法检测眼氨肽制剂的肽含量

Determination of peptide in ocular extractives preparation by folin-phenol reagent method

目的:建立福林酚衍生法测定眼氨肽制剂中多肽含量的方法。方法:使用福林试剂衍生溶液中的多肽,衍生液采用紫外-可见分光光度仪650 nm处检测,以牛血清白蛋白为对照,标准曲线法计算。结果:线性范围0.0147～0.1325 mg/ml(r=0.9992),总回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.9%。结论:该方法操作简单,检测结果显示:多数样品中多肽含量较少。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination ofpeptide in ocular extractives preparation by folin - phenol reagent method. Methods ： The determination was carried out with UV - Visible Spectrphotometer in 650 nm, and the peptide was derived by folin - phenol reagen with BSA as reference substance. Calculate the results by the linear. Result ： The calibration curve was linear in the ranger of 0. 0147～0. 1325 mg/ml（r = 0. 9992） ;The total recovery was 98.3% , RSD was 1.9% ,and determined the peptide in lots of ocular extractives preparation. Conclusion： The method is simple ,and the content of peptide in ocular extractires preparation was low.
