半夏与水半夏的鉴别与研究

Discrimination and research on Pinellia Ternate and Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis

半夏为常用中药,而该品目前市场上常与水半夏混用误用。本文通过参考半夏和水半夏相关文献对两者进行鉴别,两者在性状、显微、薄层色谱图及效用与药理方面均有明显区别,临床应注意区别使用。

Pinellia Ternate is one of the commonly used Chinese Medicine, which is usually confused with Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis in clinic. By referring to the related literature on the discrimination and study on Pinellia Ternate and Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis, we found that there are noticeable differences between the medicines in terms of their characters, microstructures, thin - layer chromatography, effectiveness and pharmacodynamics. So, these two medicines should be distinguished strictly in clinic.
