摘要
进行技术合同风险防范策略的研究是降低科研风险、提高科研经济效益与增强科技竞争力的关键所在。本文针对科研工作者和科技合同管理工作者对技术合同风险认识不足的问题,分析技术合同中可能存在的风险,从微观和宏观的角度提出几点防范建议,以帮助高校或科研机构减少不必要的风险损失。
Doing the prevention strategy research on the risk of technology contracts is the key point of reduc-ing the risk of scientific research, improving economic efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of the science and technology. Aiming at S＆T researchers and S＆T contract management staff＇s lacking awareness of the risk of technology contract, this paper analyzes the potential risk of technology contact and provides several preventive ad-vices to help colleges or research institutions reduce the unnecessary risks and loss thereby so as to gain better tech-nological profit.
