摘要
为探讨高炉的发展方向,对国内外高炉大型化历程、技术进步和存在的问题进行了分析,对不同炉容的高炉建设投资成本和运行效果进行了对比研究。结果表明,大型高炉具有一代炉役内吨铁投资成本低和吨铁燃料消耗低等优点。同时指出,提升大型高炉竞争力需要将高炉操作技术、管理机制和铁前工序系统优化的软实力与大型高炉装备及先进技术的硬件条件相结合。
In order to discuss the development tendency of BF (blast furnace), the enlargement process of foreign and domestic BF inner volume, technique development and the existing problems is investigated. And the capital cost and running cost were compared for the different inner volume BFs. The results show that the large capacity BF has the advantages of lower investment and fuel consumption of per ton hot metal, higher monomer yield and labor productivity and good environmental benefits. In order to enhance the competitive power of large BF, the soft powers such as BF operation technique, process management and optimization of system before ironmaking processes, should be combined with the hardware conditions of advanced equipment technology.
