首钢750MPa级高强汽车用大梁钢冲压开裂原因及机理分析

摘要 在对比分析首钢750MPa级高强汽车用大梁钢正常卷和冲压开裂卷的组织形貌和力学性能的基础上,详细分析了加热制度、粗轧温度、精轧入口温度、终轧温度、卷取温度和精轧速度等热轧工艺参数对750MPa级高强汽车用大梁钢冲压开裂的影响。将精轧速度提高至3.3m/s后,能够显著降低750MPa级高强汽车用大梁钢冲压开裂的几率。 On the basis of comparison and analyzing of the microstructure morphology and mechanical properties of the normal strip and stamping cracking strip of Shougang 750 MPa level beam steel, hot rolling process parameters such as heating system, rough rolling temperature, entrance temperature in finishing roiling, coiling temperature and finishing rolling speed are analyzed in detail in the cause and mechanism leading to stamping cracking. After increasing the finish rolling speed to 3.3 m/s, the stamping cracking probability of the high strength beam steel of 750 MPa level is significantly reduced.
