摘要
分析了加热炉内板坯氧化铁皮的结构和生成机理,提出了影响板坯烧损的主要因素为炉气成分、炉温和在炉时间等,通过调整加热制度、控制炉内气氛和优化保温待轧制度等措施降低了板坯的氧化烧损。
Through analyzing the structure of the oxide scale, the major factors of oxygenation loss were researched: the gas components in the heating furnace, heating temperature and time in the furnace. By means of adjusting the heating system, control the composition of the furnace gas, optimizing the systems of heat-preservation, the scale loss of oxidation burning was reduced.
