摘要
2012年3月起国家对食用碘盐执行新的碘含量标准,新标碘盐碘含量控制分三个范围:14-26ppm、18—33ppm、21~39ppm。这给制盐企业生产带来了新的标准和要求,井神盐化有限公司二分公司积极组织应对,通过对影响新标碘盐稳定因素进行工艺调整和设备改造,调试出满足三种新标碘盐碘含量21~26ppm的碘盐,既满足了新标碘盐要求又节约了生产成本,更为股份公司赢得了市场竞争力。
The new national standard of iodine content in edible salt is carried out from March, 2012, and according to the new standard,the iodine content in edible salt should be controlled within the following 3 scopes 14-26ppm,18-33ppm,21-39ppm which brings new standard and new requirements to the production of salt making enterprises. The 2"a branch of Jingshen salt and Chemical Co.,Ltd responded actively. Through the process adjustment and equipment transformation for the factors that affect the stability of iodine content, we get 3 kinds of iodized salt whose iodine content is within 21-26ppm. It is not only meet the requirement of the new standard and save cost but also wins competitiveness in the market for the company.
