摘要
结合在长宁地区所钻十余口井,对井斜产生的原因的分析,对现有防斜手段在该地区进行了实际的应用,通过单弯螺杆弥补了现有钟摆钻具组合钻速低、钟摆力不足、井底切屑不均匀等缺陷,总结出如何在尽量提高钻速的基础上,使得井身质量得到很好的控制,并取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
According to more than a dozen wells that are drilled in Changning area ,the analysis on the inclination causes there and the actual application of the current anti-inclination technology in the area, the low speed BHA drilling pendulum, the insufficient pendulum force ,and uneven bottom chip are made up through single bend screw . We conclude that how to control the well quality on the baisis of improving drilling speed maximumly.
