摘要
《中国日报》(1900—1913)是中国社会发展到资产阶级民主革命时期的产物,是中国资产阶级革命派创办的第一份机关报,在中国报刊的发展历史中有着极为重要的地位。在资产阶级革命运动中,《中国日报》发挥了指导革命斗争、进行爱国宣传、抨击保皇思想、改革报刊形式等重要作用。
China Daily is a product of China’s social development in the period of the bourgeois - democratic revolution and it has a very important position in the history of China’s newspaper development. In China’s Bourgeois revolution,China Daily played significant roles,such as guiding revolution,advocating,patriotism,criticizing royalism and reforming newspaper editing.
