本研究提出了校企合作机制下教学质量保障体系的构建应借鉴全面质量管理的思想和方法,广泛吸纳行业企业共同参与人才培养与评价,将就业水平、企业满意度作为衡量人才培养质量的核心指标,健全和完善组织机构,与行业、企业共同完成人才培养过程和培养质量的监测与评价,建立健全信息化的教学质量保障体系,有效地控制影响教学质量的各个关键点,全面提高人才培养质量。

This essay discusses that under college-enterprise cooperation,the construction of security system of teachingquality should draw on the thoughts and measures of comprehensive quality administration,widely absorb the enterprises to take part in the talents cultivation and evaluation,take the level of employment and the degree of satisfaction of the enterprise as the core standard for quality of talents cultivation to complete the organization,accomplish the process and evaluation of talents cultivation together with the enterprises,establish the informatizationsecurity system of teaching quality in order to control every hinge of teaching quality and entirely improve the talents quality.
