Study and Practice of Risk Response Strategies in Construction Project

建设项目风险管理是建设项目成败的关键,风险应对是风险管理最主要的一个环节。该文以某市新城开发区项目"东方花园"项目为例,系统地论述了风险应对的具体策略及措施(风险回避、风险分散、风险转移、风险损失控制、风险自留等)以达到建设项目风险减小和风险可控的目的,从而使建设项目顺利建成,实现业主方的预定目标。该文可为同行相关人员提供理论依据和实践参考。

Risk management of construction project is the key to a successful project, and risk response is one of the main link in risk management. Tak-ing the＂Oriental garden＂project for example,this paper has a systematic discussion on the specific risk response strategies and measures （risk aversion, risk diversification,risk transfer,risk loss control,risk retention and so on）,which help achieve the aim of risk reduction and risk control in construction project so as to make construction project completed successfully and realize the owner＇s intended target. It can provide some references for relevant per-sonnel.
