摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT尿路造影(CTU)及三维重建技术对泌尿系统结石的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析100例尿路结石患者的影像资料,采用原始数据进行重建获得CTU、容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及曲面重组(CPR)。结果 100例中94例患者的结石被确诊,图像直观,结石定位准确,诊断率为94%。结论 CTU图像质量好,对结石的检出率高,结合横断面图像诊断率较高。
Objective To investigate the values of 64-slice spiral CT urography (CUT) and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of urinary stones. Methods Image data of 100 patients with urinary stones were retrospectively analyzed. Post-processing was performed to ob- tain CTU,volume rendering (VR), multi-planar reformation (MPR), maximum intensity projec- tion(MIP) and curved planar reconstruction (CPR). Results Among the 100 patients, urinary stones were confirmed in 94 with intuitive images and accurate positioning. Conclusion CUT pro- duces good image quality and high detection rate in the diagnosis of urinary stones. The combina- tion of CUT and cross sectional images can lead to high diagnosis rate.
