摘要
目的探讨护士工作倦怠与社会支持的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,调查了2家三甲综合医院的150名护士的工作倦怠与社会支持的相关情况。结果护理工作倦怠检出率:轻度占25%、中度占21%、重度占4%;未婚、离异护士成就感降低明显高于已婚护士,同时得到的社会支持明显低于已婚护士(P<0.05);内外科护士人格解体水平要明显高于手术室(P<0.05);职称、科室、婚姻状况、客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度与护士工作倦怠的发生密切相关(P<0.05)。结论应当重视护士的工作倦怠问题,全面考虑工作倦怠护士人群的人口学、社会学特征,加大社会支持在护士工作倦怠中的调节作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between nurse burnout and social sup- port. Methods The correlation between job burnout and social support was surveyed using ques- tionnaires among 150 nurses from 2 third-level grade-A hospitals. Results The prevalences of mild, moderate and severe burnout were 25%, 21% and 4.0%, respectively. Unmarried and di- vorced nurses had a reduced sense of personal accomplishment and achieved a decreased social support compared with married nurses (P〈0.05). In addition, medical and surgical nurses had a significantly higher level of depersonalization than operating room nurses (P〈0.05). Job title, department, marital status, objective support, subjective support and support use were correla- ted with nurse burnout (P〈0.05). Conclusion The importance should be attached to the job burnout problem of nurses. Demographic and sociological characteristics should be fully consid- ered and regulating role of social support should be strengthened in nurses with job burnout.
