Research on the Legal Issues of Cross-strait Cooperation Policy in Higher Education

回顾大陆和台湾两岸高等教育合作历程,阐述两岸高教合作的政策和法律依据,分析高教合作实践中面临的问题及存在的主要政策法律风险,针对相关问题,提出了加快两岸高等教育合作,完善政策法律的建议。

This paper reviews the cross-strait cooperation process in terms of higher education between China's Mainland and Taiwan.It elaborates the policy and legal basis related to this issue,and analyzes the problems confronted with cooperation practices and major risks existing in the aspects of policy and law.And the paper finally puts forward the suggestions for accelerating cross-strait cooperation in higher education based on the relevant issues.
