摘要
1994年Kitano等首次报道将腹腔镜技术应用于胃癌手术，从此腹腔镜胃癌手术以其特有的徽创优势得到了迅猛的发展。近20多年的研究表明。腹腔镜胃癌手术已经成为早期胃癌标准治疗术式之一，而且近些年来，进展期胃癌腹腔镜下D2根治性切除术的临床应用与研究也日益增多，与开腹手术比较，除具有疼痛轻、恢复快、切口小等近期微创优势外，其远期疗效相当。
Laparoseopic gastrectomy is widely accepted, especially in patients with early gastric cancer. It is technically complex and difficult, including separation of a wide range of tissues, radical dissection of lymph nodes and reconstruction of digestive tract. The complications of laparoscopic gastrectomy are getting more and more attention. This article summarized the complications of laparoscopic gastrectomy and their prevention and treatment strategies. Occurrence of complications is associated with operative skills and proficiency of surgeon. Full awareness of the reason and management of intra- and post-operative complications, improvement of surgical skills and correct surgical procedure may reduce the occurrence of complications in laparoscopic gastrectomy.
