腹腔镜全胃切除术后消化道重建方式的探讨 被引量：17

摘要 自20年前Kitano等首次报道了腹腔镜胃癌手术以来,腹腔镜胃癌根治手术在世界各地得到广泛开展,在很多医院腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术已被普遍接受。随着腔镜器械的发展,腔镜外科医生的腹腔镜技术迅速提高,腹腔镜胃癌根治术已经从早期胃癌扩展到进展期胃癌,根治范围也从远端胃癌切除扩展到根治性全胃切除。腹腔镜根治性全胃切除术包括根治切除和消化道重建两方面重要内容,由于腹腔镜清晰的视野和良好的显露,根治切除及淋巴结清扫在腹腔镜下比较容易完成,但由于病人和肿瘤两方面的因素,消化道重建则困难很多。 In recent years, laparoscopic total gastrectomy is gradually increasing for gastric cancer. However, digestive tract reconstruction after the gastrectomy is one of the diffict,h problems for laparoscopic surgeons and key point for successful treatment. Therefore, exploring an ideal method of digeslive tract reconstr uction is of great importance for clinical treatment. Reasonable option for digestive tract reconstruction after laparoscopic total gastrectomy are summarized and evaluated in this article.
