四倍体刺槐扦插生根及相关的生理生化特征 被引量:1

摘要 以3年生四倍体刺槐嫁接苗上采集1年生硬枝和嫩枝为试材,研究了不同时期,四倍体刺槐扦插生根与插穗体内酶活性、内源激素和营养物质含量之间的关系,旨在提高四倍体刺槐扦插成活率。结果表明:四倍体刺槐扦插生根率随着插穗体内IAAO活性、PPO活性、ABA含量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的升高而升高;随着IAA含量、IAA/ABA比值的升高而降低;与POD活性、ZR含量、还原糖含量变化关系不密切。IAAO活性和ABA含量的升高有助于插穗体内IAA/ABA比值维持平衡,促进生根。推测PPO活性的升高可催化形成较多的生根辅助因子"IAA-酚酸复合物";可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖为插穗生根提供必要的物质基础。 Annual branches (hardwood and softwood cuttings) in the 3-year-old cutting orchard of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia were taken as materials. The relationship between seasonal variation of rooting ability and oxidase activity, endogenous plant hormones, nutrients was carried out to in- crease the cutting rooting rate of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia. The result showed that the rooting percentage of hardwood and softwood cuttings was positively correlated to all the IAAO activity, PPO activity ,ABA content, soluble protein content and soluble ,;ugar content. However, it was negatively correlated to the IAA content, IAA/ABA ratio. It was not correlated to the POD activity, ZR content and reducing sugar content. Higher IAAO activity and ABA content helped to promote the roots de- velopment by maintaining the balance of IAA/ABA ratio of cuttings. The increasing of PPO activity could catalyze the formation of more rooting cofactors "IAA-phenolic acid compound". The soluble protein and soluble sugar provided a necessary foundation for rooting of cuttings.
