With the development process of cylindrical pillar-box, this paper makes a brief introduc- tion to the process planning in stamping and forming the pillar-box. Meanwhile, it presents the stam- ping process planning and the structure design of the key components, such as the top cap, the mail slot and the base etc. In addition, the paper explicates the performances and the cost advantage of the product.
