微波辐射对小鼠脑组织的氧化应激效应 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察不同剂量的微波辐射对小鼠脑组织氧化应激反应的影响,为建立一种用于评价对微波辐射有防护作用的药物和保健品的动物模型提供依据。方法将雄性ICR小鼠随机分为假辐射组、微波辐射组。微波辐射组暴露于平均功率密度为10 mW/cm2的微波辐射环境中,每4 d暴露1次,每次暴露时间分别为10 min、20 min、30 min,共暴露4次。观察不同时间微波作用下小鼠脑组织SOD、MDA、GSH、GSH-Px、T-AOC等氧化应激指标的变化。结果辐射20 min组、30 min组小鼠脑组织MDA含量分别为(0.56±0.14)nmol/mg pro和(0.64±0.12)nmol/mg pro,明显高于假辐射组〔(0.44±0.10)nmol/mg pro(P<0.05,P<0.01)〕;辐射20 min组和30 min组小鼠脑组织SOD活性分别为(2.09±0.13)U/mg pro和(1.98±0.17)U/mg pro,明显低于假辐射组〔(2.32±0.18)U/mg pro(P<0.05,P<0.01)〕;T-AOC活性明显低于假辐射组(P<0.05),GSH和GSH-Px出现一定程度的下降,但与假辐射组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在本实验条件下,微波辐射可使小鼠脑组织氧化应激反应明显增强。 Objective To investigate the oxidative stress effects of microwave radiation oil/nice brain, in order to provide the basis for establishing an animal model for evaluating some substances to be used for protection against microwave radiation injury. Methods Thirty two male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Mice were exposed to microwave radiation for 0 rain(Group control), 10 rains( Group 10 min), 20 nfins( Group 20 rain), 30 rains(Group 30 min) at average power density of 10mW/cm2 every 4 days for 4 times. The level of MDA and activ- ities of SOD, GSH, GSH-Px and T-AOC in mice brain were determined. Results The level of MDA in Group 20rain, and 30rain was significantly higher than that in Group control[ ( 0.56±0. 14 ) nmol/mg pro, ( 0.64_±0. 12 ) nmol/mg pro respectively vs ( 0.44±0.10 ) nmol/mg pro] ( P〈0. 05 ,P〈0.01 ) ;the activity of SOD in Group 20 rain and 30 rain was significantly lower than that in Group control[ ( 2.09±0. 13 ) U/rag pro, ( 1.98±0.17 ) U/rag pro vs ( 2.32±0.18 ) U/rag pro] ( P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ) ;and the total antioxidant capability in both irradiated groups was lower than that in Group control(P〈0.05). Though the level of GSH and GSH-Px showed downward tendency, there were no statistical difference among 4 groups. Conclusion Under this microwave power density, microwave radiation may aggravate oxidative stress in mice brain.
