技术机制是影响组织结构演变的关键因素。文章通过比较分析技术与组织结构的互动机制得到以下结论:(1)物质技术发展与进步促使组织结构不断趋于完善;(2)人力技术为组织结构的操作者;(3)组织结构对人力技术具有配置作用;(4)综合技术对组织结构具有建构作用。

Technology mechanism is an important ingredient of which influence organizational structure evolvement. This paper aims to compare the interaction mechanism of technology and organizational structure, eliciting these conclusions：First, the material technology development and the organizational structure tends tO be perfect;Second, the human technology is the operator of the organi- zational structure of the operator; Third, the organization structure has effect on human technology; Fourth, the comprehensive technology has effect on the construction of organizational structure.
