Research on the Fiscal Policy of Promoting Technology Innovation

当今世界,任何一个国家要想在激烈的竞争中取得优势地位,最终取决于其技术创新能力的高低,因此,积极运用财政政策手段推动本国的技术创新成为各国政府的普遍做法。目前,我国的创新发展进入关键阶段,要围绕技术创新的整个链条,从事前、事中、事后三个方面全面完善现有各项财税支持政策。

In modem world, any countries who want to get a good position in the market competition is decided by the capability of technological innovation. So the governments of most countries have adopted multifarious policy tools aiming at promoting innovation actively and the fiscal policies play a key role. This paper chooses technological innovation as the researching subject, trying to analyze the fiscal policies to promote technological innovation.
