Preliminary Study on Under-forest Economy Project Construction

本文对宁国市林下经济发展的举措和效益等进行了阐述,以期证明发展林下经济,对缩短林业经济周期,增加林业附加值,促进林业可持续发展,开辟农民增收渠道等促进作用。发展林下经济,既对林地苗木进行中耕抚育,又实现以短养长,长短结合,一举多得,取得早日增收致富实效。

In this paper the measures for developing under-forest economy in Ningguo City and its benefits were elaborated to prove that developing under-forest economy could shorten the forestry economic cycle, increase the forestry additional value, promote sustainable forestry development and open up channels to increase peasants＇ income. Developing under-forest economy could intertill and tend forestland plantlets, realize the complementation and combination of the short-term crops and long-term forests, serve multiple purposes and achieve concrete results of increasing income early and getting rich.
