摘要 传统的低压无功补偿控制算法响应速度和补偿效果欠佳,提出了一种低压无功补偿优化投切控制新方法。采用功率因数控制方式初次投入电容器组之后,利用电压、无功功率、功率因数3个量,运用模糊控制算法,对电容器组进行二次优化控制投切。实验结果显示,使用该方法的控制器控制算法趋于简单,响应速度快,解决了电压质量和功率因数之间难调节的矛盾以及电容器的往复投切振荡等问题。400 V低压配电网系统功率因数能达到最佳值。 Considering that the traditional control algorithm of low voltage reactive power compensation has unsatisfied response speed and effect of compensation, a new control method is proposed. After the first switching of capacitor based on power factor control mode, the proposed method can realize the secondary optimal switching of capacitor by using three variables: voltage, reactive power and power factor, and fuzzy control algorithm. Test results show that the controller which uses the proposed method has a simple control algorithm and fast response speed, which solves the contradiction between voltage quality control and power factor control and the oscillation caused by repeat switching of capacitor. The power factor of 400 V distribution network can get its best value.
