摘要
为了解决高压断路器速度特性测试时传感器安装困难的问题,提出了一种基于加速度传感器的断路器速度检测方法。加速度传感器利用压电原理,通过磁铁吸附在断路器的连接杆上,即可实现断路器运动轨迹的采样。将运动信号转换成电信号,最终实现断路器速度特性检测。现场试验结果表明,加速度传感器安装方便,避免了常规传感器由于底座和支架在断路器运动过程中容易发生形变影响测试结果,测试数据精度较高,提高了断路器速度检测效率。
A high voltage breaker speed detection method based on acceleration sensor is proposed to solve the sensor assembling problem during the detection. The piezoelectric principle based acceleration sensor is connected to the breaker by magnets rod and thus can sampling the movement track of the breaker. The movement signal is converted into an electrical signal and the speed detection of breaker is realized. Field test shows that the acceleration sensor not only is easy to be installed, and but also can avoid the influence of the deformation of the base and bracket caused by the breaker movement on the traditional sensor, which has higher test accuracy and detection efficiency.
