近视性屈光参差眼的前节形态和角膜波前像差观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究近视性屈光参差眼的眼前节结构形态和角膜波前像差,揭示其在近视发展中的作用和变化趋势。方法:收集单纯近视性屈光参差患者共79例,双眼等效球镜差≥1.00D。根据等效球镜度(SE)的大小,将所有患眼分为高、中、低三组:A组:SE≥-3.00D;B组:-6.00D<SE≤-3.00D;C组:SE≤-6.00D。根据双眼等效球镜差(DSE)的大小将所有患者分为:A'组:低度屈光参差组(1.00D≤DSE<2.00D);B'组:中度屈光参差组(2.00D≤DSE<3.00D);C'组:高度屈光参差组(DSE≥3.00D)。应用CALILEI眼前节分析系统测量总角膜屈光度、角膜厚度、角膜球面像差、角膜高阶像差、前房深度、晶状体厚度。所得数据,应用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。在同一个体双眼间比较采用配对t检验,不同屈光度眼别间以及不同屈光参差个体间差别采用单因素方差分析。结果:所有屈光参差双眼间各项检查结果均无统计学意义(P>0.05),双眼角膜球面像差与屈光度之间均无相关性(r右=-0.013,P右=0.909;r左=0.053,P左=0.641);A,B,C三组及A',B',C'三组之间各项检查结果比较差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:近视性屈光参差患者两眼的总角膜屈光度、角膜厚度、角膜球面像差、前房深度、晶状体厚度无明显差异,双眼的前节结构具有高度的相似性,说明两眼屈光状态的不同不是由于眼前节形态以及角膜的像差引起的。 AIM: To investigate the biometric properties of the anterior segment in myopic anisometropia, and to determine their role and variation tendency in the development of myopia. METHODS: Seventy nine patients with myopic anisometropia (spherical equivalence difference 〉0. 003) were recruited for the study. According to the diopters of spherical equivalence (SE), the eyes were divided into three groups Group A (SE t〉3.00D), Group B (-6.00D〈SE -3.000), and Group C (SE〈-6.00D). According to the SE difference (SED) between two eyes, the patients were divided into three groups; Group A' (1.00D〈SED 〈2.00D), Group B' (2.00D〈SED〈3.00D), and Group C' (SED I〉3.00D). Total cornea refraction, cornea thickness, cornea spherical aberration, cornea high order aberration, anterior chamber depth and crystalline lens thickness were measured with CALILEI Pentacam. Statistical analysis wasperformed with SPSS (version 17.0). A paired t-test was used to evaluate the interocular differences in the parameters of each patient. One-way ANOVA was used to evaluate the difference of parameters between groups. RESULTS: There was no significant interocular difference in any parameters (P〉0.05). The interocular difference of corneal spherical aberration had no correlation with the SE ( rright =--0,013, Prht =0. 909; re. = 0. 0537 Pleft -- 0. 641 ). There were no significant differences in any parameters between Group A, B, C or between Group A', B', C (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION. Myopic anisometropic eyes display a high degree of interocular symmetry for a range of anterior eye biometric and optical parameters, indicating that the interocular refraction difference is not caused by anterior segment biometrics or corneal aberrations.
