5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合电离子治疗尖锐湿疣的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合电离子治疗尖锐湿疣患者的疗效和安全性。方法:治疗组:采用ALA-PDT联合电离子对34例尖锐湿疣患者进行治疗,每7~10天治疗1次,治疗2~4次后判断临床疗效;对照组:采用电离子对30例尖锐湿疣患者进行治疗。两组随访时间均为3个月。结果:治疗组34例患者中,8例经2次ALA-PDT联合电离子治疗、19例3次治疗、6例4次治疗获得完全缓解,完全缓解率为97.1%(33/34),复发4例,复发率11.8%(4/34);对照组30例患者,10例1次性祛除疣体,15例2次祛除疣体,5例3次祛除疣体,完全缓解率为100%(30/30),复发9例,复发率为30%(9/30),经统计学处理,两组间完全缓解率无统计学差异(P>0.05),复发率对照组明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:ALA-PDT联合电离子治疗尖锐湿疣,具有疗效好、安全性高、副作用小、复发率低等优势,可作为治疗尖锐湿疣较好的选择方法。 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT)combined with electro-ionization therapy (El) on Condyloma Acuminatum(CA). Methods 34 patients of CA in treatment group were treated by ALA-PDT combined with El therapy every 7-10 days, clinical efficacy was judged after 2-4 treatment sessions. 30 patients of control group were treated by El only. All patients were followed up for 3 months. Results Among the 34 patients of treatment group, 8 were treated by 2 cycle of ALA-PDT combined with El, 19 by 3 cycles and 6 by 4 cycles and then they got to complete remission.Complete remission was achieved in 97.1% (33/34) and recurrence rate was 11.8%(4/34). Among the 30 patients of control group, the lesions of CA were removed after 1 session of El treatment in 10 patients, 2 sessions of El treatment in 15 patients and 3 sessions of El treatment in 5 patients. Complete remission rate was 100%(30/30) and recurrence rate was 30%(9/30).There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group on complete remission rate (P〉0.05).The recurrence rate of control group was higher than that of treatment group (P〈0.05). Conclusions ALA-PDT combined with El on CA is of more efficacy and safety, fewer side effects and lower recurrence rate than El.It is a better choice for patients of CA.
