外伤性前牙脱位再植后的疗效观察

Clinical effect of replantation of luxated permanent anterior teeth

目的:探讨前牙外伤性牙脱位再植的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析68颗外伤性前牙脱位后行再植术的过程及术后随访情况。结果:随访1～3年,55颗患牙存活,13颗牙再植失败拔除。患牙牙根吸收率与离体时间成正相关。结论:外伤性前牙脱位再植的效果与脱位牙离体时间长短、体外保存方式及固定方式等有密切关系。

Objective To expiore the characteristics of replantation of luxated permanent anterior teeth. Methods The replantation process of 68 luxated permanent anterior teeth and the follow-up results were analysed, retrospectively. Results 55 of 68 cases were successful,and failure in 13 cases which were extracted, the root absorption of the dislocated teeth was consistent to off-body time. Conclusion The effects of replantation of luxated permanent front teeth was determined by off-body time, the preservation of the in vitro way and fixed replantation ofroot canal filling.
