应用臂后侧筋膜皮瓣修复文身切除后继发皮肤缺损

Repairing the secondary skin deficiency after tattoo removed with posterior arm fasciocutaneous flap

目的:探讨应用臂后侧筋膜皮瓣修复文身切除后皮肤继发缺损的临床疗效。方法:以上臂后皮动脉为血管蒂,设计上臂后侧筋膜皮瓣,略大于继发皮肤缺损区1cm,皮瓣转移修复文身切除后皮肤继发缺损,供瓣区直接缝合。结果:本组5例患者,皮肤继发缺损均获得Ⅰ期修复,外形良好。结论:臂后侧筋膜皮瓣有良好的血运,血管解剖结构恒定,是一种治疗文身的可行方法。

Objective To evaluate the posterior arm fasciocutaneous flap to repair of the Secondary Deficiency of Skin after the Tattooing of postoperative clinical efficacy. Results The group of 5 patients, the Secondary Deficiency of Skin area were obtained I stage repair, the flaps all survived after repair the Secondary Deficiency of Skin area site Good appearance. Conclusion Posterior arm fasciocutaneous flap repair has a good blood supply, a constant vascular anatomy, is an repair of the Secondary Deficiency of Skin after the Tattooing of postoperative feasible.
